Between May 12 and May 16, hundreds of Xactware employees celebrated Founders Week 2014 by participating in service projects throughout Utah County.
Each May, Xactware celebrates the company's founding by dedicating a week to service projects around the community. This year, the company teamed with Habitat for Humanity, Lehi City, Traverse Mountain Elementary, Courage Reins Therapeutic Riding Center, and the Food Bank to perform various service projects. The projects included laying sod, planting trees and bushes, spreading wood chips, renovating a house, and landscaping.
Service is a core value at Xactware. Company executives are board members of various charitable organizations, and they encourage employees to become active members of their local communities.
