Xactware volunteers renovated a playground at a local crisis center as part of the United Way’s Day of Caring on Sept. 8. Other Xactware employees performed similar work at the Utah County Recreation and Rehabilitation (RAH) Center, which serves individuals with disabilities.
Xactware also donated supplies and materials for these projects.
Bill Hulterstrom, president of the United Way of Utah County, praised the volunteer workforce:
“Xactware has long been a partner of United Way of Utah County and they are truly dedicated to supporting our community,” Hulterstrom said in a news story in the Provo Daily Herald.
Xactware is serious about service. In addition to the Day of Caring, Xactware employees also participate in a week of service activities each May as part of the company’s Founder’s Day activities, as well as a day of service sponsored by Xactware’s parent company, Verisk Analytics, each fall.
