Xactware Celebrates Founders Week 2012 with Service

Xactware employees share their thoughts on Founders Week and the opportunity it gives them to perform community service and build team unity.

During this year's Founders Week, hundreds of Xactware employees participated in several service projects, including building a house for Habitat for Humanity and cleaning, landscaping, and preparing educational activities at The Living Aquarium in Sandy, Utah. The company also donated a truckload of items to a local family support and treatment center.

Service is a core value at Xactware. Company executives are board members of various charitable organizations, and they actively encourage employees to become active members of their local communities.
