Xactware.com — A team of women from Xactware joined with Habitat for Humanity of Utah County on May 13 to participate in National Women Build Week.
National Women Build Week is an annual event that gives women an opportunity to devote a day to eliminating poverty housing. The team of a dozen from Xactware spent the day installing baseboards, windowsills, and siding as well as priming and painting.
“We especially love Xactware employees because they get it done,” said LeAnn Hillam, a volunteer coordinator with Habitat for Humanity. “They work hard. They really have skills, and they’re excited about it.”
Community service is a cherished value at Xactware. The Habitat for Humanity project is just one of many service opportunities Xactware employees participate in each year.
